“We had a GREAT TIME!! The Halibut my oldest caught has him hooked for good. The sharks my youngest caught also have him hooked for life! Capt Tony and First Mate Kevin were outstanding, very polite and seemed to be everywhere at the same time. No one had to wait for bait or anything. You will have us as a client for years to come! Thank you so much for a wonderful family trip, we will be back very soon! Cheers, Jerry”

“I had a good time fishing. We had some issues that were handled immediately and professionally and once we got out fishing… we fished! Kevin and Justin are 2 great guys and make a great team. I felt well cared for and they were always willing to share their knowledge (lots of good tips and techniques learned from this trip). I would definitely refer a friend and I too will be back for another round in the near future.”
-Russell (October)

“Great fishing with you! I’m really glad you made the call and we got to run with 4 guys (all solid, stoked individuals). Great call by Capt. Nathan to run south overnight, we got hit at grey light switching out to light feathers, Cedar Plug hit too, even got hit on the swimbait on the slide. We could have picked up as many albies as we wanted at the 390 area, but we made the decision to hold the rest of the bait and look for the porpoise and work north. Good call because it got pretty darn snotty out there in the afternoon, if we weren’t heading north while looking it would have been even longer getting back. Nathan, Lee, I’ll head out with you guys anytime. These guys worked hard all day getting us on fish and then doing surgery on them at the end of the day, solid knife work guys.”

“Went out Saturday night out of SD on the Long Run. Boat had just got back the same day with lots of Albacore. Decided to head down the same way and made it to a couple of miles south of the 390 at sun rise. Started trolling and hooked up some #10 Albies after around 10mins. Worked a couple of Paddy’s with no luck, then some hits on Yellowtail, plenty of Skipjacks and more Albies (#15 being the biggest). Trolled all the way back home with one stop at North Coronada for two rockfish and one white fish. Didn’t see a single fishing boat south of the Islands all day. No ponies, water was nice and blue. Little on the bumpy side (cleared up Sunday afternoon) but nothing close to last weekend. Cedar plug worked well but purple/pink and mexican flag feathers worked as well. Ended up with 10 Albacore, 2 Yellows, 1 Whitefish and 2 Rockfish. Sorry didn’t take pictures, some others did will post if I get them. Overall really a fun trip, Nathan and his boat are great and I can only recommend them. Give him a call for plenty of trip options.”
